Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Following the end of gymnastics in her youth Ariel was competing in fitness events at the age of sixteen. When she was 17 she was awarded her professional card only one year after. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model and an athlete sponsored by IFBB. When she was 16, she began participating in fitness contests after quitting gymnastics. After only one year, she was able to earn her Professional Card at age 17. This made her one of the youngest IFBB Pro of all time. Ariel had a six-year break from stage life after obtaining her Professional Card in order to finish her college studies. Following her completion of college Ariel returned to the stage in 2015. She continued where she had left off in the previous competitions, including the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest lasted for several years in the time following her debut with a goal of setting higher standards each year. In 2009, four brand new fitness titles were added to her collection. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took an extended break following her professional card's issuance so that she could earn her college diploma. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut was at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. In the show, she finished with a third-place finish. The summer of 2016 saw her was the winner of at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she qualified for Fitness Olympia. After three months of training, Ariel was on the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectation prior to that and was proud of the result. There is no doubt that Ariel placed well considering she had to compete against the best athletes. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing improvements to her body every year. Ariel's top body part to work out includes her lower back. She usually does bent-over rows, single arm pull-downs (on a machine) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. First, she warms up before progressing to the sets she works on. Ariel makes use of her time effectively. She does this by super making sure she is doing all her back exercises, and doing up to four or three supersets of between 10-12 reps. It is recommended to do this sort of exercise twice a week, with one day being a lightweight day, and the other days heavy weight.
